Who are the letters for?The letters are for girls 6th grade-12th grade, who need encouragement, hope, and a reminder that they are never alone and a daughter of the most high king
How does it work?Each month, a letter is specifically written for a girl by a young woman (ages 18–30) and mailed directly in a signature pink envelope.
When will the letters arrive?Letters are sent monthly and arrive straight to the mailbox, ready to open and be encouraged by.
why is it just women 18-30 years old?
We want every girl to feel like she has an older sister cheering her on. By inviting women ages 18–30 to write, we create a relatable and encouraging connection while maintaining a consistent experience across our program. We are grateful for supporters of all ages and hope to offer more ways to get involved as Dear Daughter grows.
Can I send this as a gift?Yes Dear Daughter makes a meaningful gift for daughters, friends, nieces, or any girl who could use encouragement. You can easily sign them up to receive a letter in the sign up tab.
Why isn't Dear Daughter for boys or college students?
Dear Daughter is intentionally focused on encouraging girls through their middle school, and high school years. By focusing on one group, we can better serve their unique needs and create a meaningful sisterhood of support and encouragement.
What makes it different?Each letter is personal, faith based, and written with intention to feel like a real, heartfelt message reminding her she is known, loved, and never alone.
